Frame

All Frames are covered by a 5 Year Structural Limited Warranty when used in a residential application during normal and proper use. Damage to frames or welds due to improper assembly or exposure to water and sub-freezing temperatures is not covered. Breakage that is a result of product being dropped, acts of nature, acts of war, etc. are not covered.

Finish

The finish is warranted against peeling, cracking, or blistering for a period of two (2) years provided the product has not been scratched or abraded. Scratches and chips resulting from normal wear and tear are not covered.Fading resulting from exposure to elements is not covered. Stains as a result of chemical spills and certain food items are not covered.

Wicker

The woven wicker materials comes with a 2 Year Limited Warranty when used in a residential application against splitting of its wicker fiber under normal use and proper care.Fading and/or discoloration resulting from exposure to the elements,oils, spills, fluids, chemicals, or any other cause are not covered.

Cushion & Sling

Slings, fabrics and cushions are warranted for a period of one (1) year from original date of purchase, against seams separating or tearing. Fading or discoloration resulting from exposure to the elements, chemicals, or from spills is not covered. Sunbrella? and other 100% solution dyed acrylic fabrics are warranted for a period of five(5) years from original date of purchase from fading or discoloration except resulting from chemicals or spills.

What are not covered

● Failure caused by unreasonable or abusive use

● Failure caused by improper assembly

● Failure caused by neglect of reasonable and necessary care

● Normal fading of fabrics or upholstery materials

● Scratches and chips under wear and tear of finish

● Bursting or cracking of tubing due to exposure to water and freezing temperature

● Permanent stains caused by foreign substances not limited to soil, lotion and oils
